I love to teach people how to ACT. I’m a Computer Teacher, Consultant & Web Designer and my specialty is ACT Training and Consulting.
Computer Training: Tony The Teacher
I became a computer teacher by accident. On a rainy Saturday afternoon, a local computer store held a training class and the instructor ran late, so I filled in for 15 minutes. I had a blast, and a new career was born. I provide one-on-one computer training and webinars to individuals and small businesses all around the world. Tools such as GoToMeeting and GoToMyPC have given me the ability to help people regardless of where they live or work.
I’m an Act Certified Consultant
I help people make better use of software and technology. My specialty is Act by Swiftpage (recently acquired from Sage) and Microsoft Office, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. In addition, I love to teach people how to use QuickBooks and the Internet. Visit www.TonyTheTeacher.com to learn more.
Web Design: My Creative Outlet
I started creating websites because my clients needed them. In total I’ve created more than 90 websites and I continue to hone my skills every day. There is so much to know and to share with my clients. Please review my webfolio.
Free Computer Training
As my business evolved I came to realize that my clients needed an on-demand computer training resource. My website, TeachAnOldDogNewTricks.com, offers more than 55 hours of free computer training videos and tutorials on a wide range of software and technology.
The Pan Mass Challenge
I am a twelve-year participant in the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC). The PMC is a 192 mile, two-day bike ride that raises money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. It is an amazing event that I feel fortunate to be a part of. You can learn more about the PMC by visiting my website www.TonyPMC.com.
